WHY IS VOLUNTEERING IMPORTANT?

Volunteering is a vital resource in our society as it promotes positive social change, fosters respect for diversity, equality, and love for others. We all have something to offer, based on the premise that the greatest positive impact we can have in the world as human beings is using our skills and abilities to help and transform other lives. Volunteering allows us, in an altruistic, responsible, and collaborative manner, to use our personal and professional skills to help those in greatest need. Additionally, it provides us with new experiences, more confidence, and broadens our horizons.
