Eliane is an international speaker, mentor, and social entrepreneur who, through authentic storytelling, inspires audiences to challenge fear and imposter syndrome, embrace their voice, and step boldly into leadership. Drawing from both lived experience and professional expertise, her talks offer relatable, actionable lessons on confidence, resilience, purpose, and social impact.
Born and raised in Angola, Eliane moved to London, UK, at the age of 16 to continue her education. Her journey from a chronically shy young woman struggling with low self-confidence to stepping into a life of purpose has shaped the message she shares today. She also speaks openly about her journey as a social entrepreneur, building mission-driven initiatives that empower women and create positive change across communities. Her speaking style is honest, engaging, and deeply human.
Eliane is the Founder and Executive Director of Femme Incroyable in Belgium and its sister initiative, Incrível Mulher in Angola, that support women in their personal and professional growth through education, entrepreneurship and mentorship. She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in International Communications and Development, and has worked across NGOs and international organisations, including the United Nations and the European Union.
Speaking Experience
For more than 10 years, Eliane has spoken in English and Portuguese across the United Kingdom, Angola, Uganda, Kosovo, Portugal, Belgium, and Ireland, engaging audiences in youth and women’s conferences, universities, schools, churches, cultural events, NGO initiatives, workshops, and community programs.
Her experience includes speaking at youth events hosted by Chatham House, as well as facilitating workshops and presentations for external audiences during her tenure with the United Nations. Most recently, in April 2026, she was invited to Ireland as a keynote speaker for the Model United Nations Conference at ETSS Wicklow.
