Become a Facilitator
At Femme Incroyable, we create welcoming spaces where women can connect, support one another, share experiences, learn and grow together.
We are looking for women who would like to occasionally share their knowledge, experience or expertise by facilitating small-group conversations and workshops on topics such as confidence, overcoming imposter syndrome, public speaking, communication, leadership, personal branding, speaking up and other soft skills.
Our gatherings are interactive and conversational rather than traditional lectures. You will have the opportunity to share what you know, connect with other women, develop your facilitation experience and help create a supportive space where women can learn from one another.
Who We are Looking For
You don't need to be a professional facilitator. If you have something valuable to share and enjoy helping others grow, we would love to hear from you. You might be a professional, entrepreneur, teacher, coach, mentor, community leader, or simply someone with relevant knowledge or experience.
We are also open to your ideas. As we develop these gatherings, we would love to work with facilitators to shape meaningful sessions together.

Commitment & Locations

Your commitment is flexible. You don't need to be available for every gathering. Each session has a different topic, so you can participate when a topic matches your expertise and availability.

Each workshop requires around 3 hours in total, and you can facilitate alone or co-facilitate with another volunteer.

Our gatherings take place in Brussels, in English, and Charleroi, in French, with small groups of around 15 women.
Our first gathering will take place on Saturday, 19 September in Brussels, focusing on confidence building and overcoming imposter syndrome. If you are interested in facilitating this session, you can indicate your availability in the application.
