The personal data that we hold will be stored by Femme Incroyable in Belgium or the European Economic Area (EEA), but may also be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the EEA, with and by third parties, when this is necessary for the organisation to run its operations. If we do transfer your personal data outside Belgium or EEA, we will make sure that it is protected to the same extent as in Belgium and EEA. We’ll use one of these legal safeguards:
