WHY WE FUNDRAISE
In Angola, most women navigate complex economic realities while working to support themselves and their families. Income opportunities are often informal, unstable, and unpredictable, making it challenging to plan for the future and achieve long-term financial security.
At Femme Incroyable, together with our Angolan branch, Incrível Mulher, we work alongside women who are strengthening their economic opportunities through our structured StepUp Women Program. The program creates access to practical training, mentorship, business development support, and peer networks that women can use to build on their existing skills, experiences, and ambitions. By connecting them with learning opportunities, resources, and supportive networks, the program helps create pathways toward more stable and sustainable sources of income, defined by their own goals and aspirations.
In a context where most women rely on informal and unstable work, access to training, mentorship, and professional networks can support them in expanding economic opportunities and strengthening their financial independence over time.
Our StepUp Women Program works alongside women and girls as they strengthen their skills, pursue their goals, and expand economic and leadership opportunities through mentorship, education, entrepreneurship, vocational training, and leadership development.
This raffle campaign helps raise funds to continue providing access to learning opportunities, mentorship, and community-based initiatives that support women and girls in achieving their own aspirations. At the same time, it offers participants the chance to win and share a memorable experience with someone special.
