Become a Facilitator

Location: Brussels & Charleroi, Belgium
Commitment: Around 3 hours per month (depending on your availability) - You don't need to be available every month. You can volunteer based on your expertise and availability.

At Femme Incroyable, we believe that some of the most powerful moments happen when women come together to share their stories, support one another, and have honest conversations.

We are creating a space where women can learn, grow, ask questions, and talk openly about the challenges they face in their personal and professional lives. No judgement. No pressure. Just authentic conversations and practical support.

We're looking for volunteer workshop facilitators who would like to help make these gatherings meaningful by sharing their knowledge, experience, and encouragement.​ Do you enjoy helping others grow? Would you like to share your knowledge and make a difference in the lives of women?

You could lead a workshop on topics such as:

• Confidence

• Public speaking

• Communication

• Leadership

• Personal branding

• Speaking up​

​

We're looking for women facilitators who:​

• Live in Belgium.

• Have experience facilitating conversations, group discussions, workshops, or peer-learning sessions on topics such as confidence, communication, leadership, personal development, or overcoming self-doubt.

• Enjoy creating safe and supportive spaces where women can share experiences, reflect, and learn from each other.

• Feel comfortable guiding conversations rather than delivering lectures or presentations.

• Believe in the power of women supporting and empowering women.
