We are looking for volunteer Soft Skills Facilitators

Location: Brussels and Charleroi

Time commitment: We meet once a month or every two months, and each gathering focuses on a new topic. Your involvement will vary depending on your expertise and how you would like to contribute.

2- Do you believe in the power of women supporting women?

3- Are you a woman and have expertise in personal development or soft skills and would love to share it with other women?

 

If you answered yes to these three questions, we would love to hear from you.

 

Femme Incroyable is a small non-profit supporting women and girls in marginalized communities in Portuguese-speaking Africa and Belgium through education, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and soft skills development. We also believe every woman deserves a safe space where she can show up exactly as she is, without judgment, pressure to have it all figured out or feeling like she has to navigate everything alone.

 

That's why we are building a community where authentic, honest, and raw conversations are the foundation, and where these support the development of essential soft skills.

 

To help make this possible, we are looking for facilitators and experts in topics such as:

• Confidence building

• Public speaking

• Communication & assertiveness

• Leadership

• Finding your voice and speaking up

• Moving beyond fear and self-doubt

• Personal branding and visibility

• Overcoming imposter syndrome

 

If you are a coach, trainer, psychologist, HR professional, educator, entrepreneur, or someone with valuable lived experience and a genuine desire to be part of a community and support other women grow, we would love to hear from you.

 

More than expertise, we are looking for women who know how to encourage authentic conversations and remind others that they are capable of more than they think.

 

Let’s create more spaces where women feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered to become the incredible women they already are.
